This course develops intermediate-level skills in spreadsheet and database management software packages. This is a hands-on course that emphasizes using software tools to access, organize, analyze, summarize and communicate information to support making business decisions.

This course is designed to provide the graduate business student with essential information relating to the human resource function.  The role of human resource management is constantly changing, and thus, the human resource manager needs to learn how to quickly evolve in order to help an organization meet its strategic goals.  The human resource manager must do this while being mindful of an ever-changing legal and ethical environment.  This course is designed to challenge Learners to apply, synthesize, and create a comprehensive human resource strategy to meet the needs of today’s workforce.
